Leaves are most important part of the plant and can be used for identification a taxon. An appropriate understanding leaf development in terms shape responsible abiotic factors is necessary improvement plant. Leaf variation could evaluated successfully, symmetrical asymmetrical elements overall detected. The aim present study was to establish quantitative analysis method by elliptic Fourier descriptors principal component (EF-PCA). EF-PCA describes an mathematically transforming coordinate information concerning its contours into (EFDs) summarizing EFDs analysis.
